Your satisfaction is our priority!

At AuraGlow, we want you to be happy with every product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

Returns & exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was delivered.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, beauty, skincare and other personal-use products can only be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange an exchange, refund or store credit as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
